This is truly where my passion lies. I’m a NASM-certified personal trainer and have helped countless clients get into the best shape of their live with a targeted nutrition training plan based on macros as well as a lifting plan that I’ll help you with every step of the way. I love working with women that are discovering weight lifting for the first time – especially when you’re ready to see what amazing things your body can truly do!

Target Flexibility & Mobility

Targeted flexibility and mobility training includes everything from learning your first basic split to getting deeper and deeper into your backbends. When you work with me, we’ll first assess what your goals are and then come up with a smart trianing plan to get you there safely, building on your flexibility and mobility a little more each day and a little more each training session. Before you know it, you’ll be doing things you never thought possible!


What’s better than standing tall on two feet? Standing tall on two hands! If you’ve never tried handbalancing before, you’re in for a treat. Handbalancing is obviously a strong physical practice, but it’s also a bit of a spiritual one too – until you start to spend time upside down, you won’t know how much you’ll it. Come train with me if you’re working on anything from getting your first handstand to starting to do tricks upside down!

Bodyweight Fitness

You may not believe it right now, but all you need to get in the best shape of your life is your own body. Sure, certain tools and toys are really helpful – for example, I adore yoga blocks, the wall, and a great pull-up bar. But you definitely don’t need hours and hours at the gym lifting heavy weights – especially if you hate it! I can help you rediscover a connection with your body and get stronger than you’ve ever been.

Yoga Sculpt & Power Yoga

Yoga with weights? Bodyweight power yoga? Crazy talk! But that’s exactly what yoga can be and why so many people love it. Think yoga but with added power movies to shape your body with or without some light weights! This type of class starts just like any other vinyasa class – we get into the flow and get some challenging sequences going. Then, just like that, we add in a bit more resistance to add a challenge and build strength. Once you try it, you’ll be addicted!
